IN THE WINERY
In the winery the 1999 wines are
evolving wonderfully. They will be racked once
more before bottling in late July and released in November. The 2000 vintage
has completed malolactic fermentation, been racked off the lees and aerated.
Once the 1999 wines have been bottled, the barrels containing the 2000 wines
will be emptied and refilled in a stack making room for the 2001 vintage
in our little barn. |
